Decarbonized, healthy, and energy-conscious buildings in future climates” – Organizational Secretariat and Communication Management for the AICARR & REHVA International Congress

THE CHALLENGE

To organize a high-profile international congress focused on the themes of decarbonization, health, and energy efficiency in the buildings of the future, hosted at the Politecnico di Milano – Bovisa Campus from June 4 to 6, 2025.
Promoted by AICARR (Italian Association for Air Conditioning, Heating, and Refrigeration) and REHVA (Federation of European Heating, Ventilation and Air Conditioning Associations), the event brought together 900 participants from 43 countries, including academics, researchers, and HVAC industry professionals.

THE SOLUTION

Comprehensive management of the Organizational and Administrative Secretariat was ensured, coordinating all operational and logistical phases of the event:

participant registration and on-site reception

support to the Presidency and Scientific Committee

administrative supervision and economic flow management

At the same time, the official LinkedIn page of the Congress was managed with continuous updates, storytelling of key moments, and live coverage of the event days, fostering international visibility and engagement within the scientific community.
