SIML – Organisational secretariat and strategic support for the Italian Society of Occupational Medicine

THE CHALLENGE

A leading scientific and professional reference point for Occupational Medicine in Italy, SIML—with a large membership base and an intensive congress programme—needed a stable, ongoing organisational structure to ensure excellence in its annual National Congresses and to support the President and Board in strategic, administrative, and communication activities, while also strengthening the Society’s institutional identity.

THE SOLUTION

Since 2002, we have supported SIML in the strategic and operational management of its activities, building a structured and integrated partnership that includes:

National Congress organisation, with end-to-end management of planning, logistics, registrations, hospitality, suppliers, and ECM accreditation

Ongoing membership management, providing daily support to members and optimising internal processes

Strategic consulting for the Presidency, supporting the planning of communication and institutional initiatives

Development of digital materials and content for events, assemblies, and campaigns aimed at members and external audiences

A long-standing relationship built on trust, expertise, and a shared long-term growth vision.

THE RESULTS

  • Over 20 successful editions of SIML National Congresses delivered
  • High organisational standards maintained and recognised over time
  • Efficient, continuous management of the national membership base
  • Stronger, more effective communication with members and stakeholders
  • Consolidated institutional positioning within Italy’s medical-scientific landscape
